SMS HELP!

I have been able to text and receive text since all the upgrades nothing has gone wrong, and all the glitches I had in the Beginning are gone. But today My messages wont load. I can see that someone has sent me a message I touch it to read the message and it goes to a white screen with the word loading and the message wont load. It wont let me send either. What happened?? I rebooted my phone also. Nothing has worked. HELP!

I've been having this same problem since last.night aswell, I'm going to Verizon in 20 minutes so they can explain why, cause I left my phone off still the same and now it has progressively gotten worse through the day, good luck and if I find anything out I'll be sure to share,

Go to your settings
Sd & phone storage
Then go to factory data reset
