Sound on Unlock

I have the new update for GB as of today, so far so good.

But a weird thing keeps happening, i have the sound turned off for unlock and lock, but after i unlock i get some sound and i cant figure out how to turn it off, what it is or where its coming from.

This does sound like what you are hearing, try opening wether / Menu / Settings / Animation Sound and see if it stops..

This does sound like what you are hearing, try opening wether / Menu / Settings / Animation Sound and see if it stops..

yeah probably the weather sound. Somehow missed that he initially said the lock/unlock was already off

Yeah that's it I believe it only makes the sound during peak hours or at least during day time.

To turn that soung off, after unlocking the phone tap the weather portion on the home screen, then tap the menu button and select Settings, uncheck the last setting (Sound Effects). I found it after the updated Gingerbread update.

Wildman sounds like all in all the gingerbread update is going good a few little things here an there but still Good an my Droids are working good with the new Router smooth an fast so far :smileyhappy: B33
