I have been checking ever since the update was released but all I would get was a service unavailable message. I have tried switching to 3G and 1x but none work. Now, a few days after the 18th, the searching for update box just goes away without any message. Does any one know what to do?
I had the same problem... talked to verizon, and told them i had already pulled my sim, and sd cards, and had done multiple reboots and still nothing... They walked me through a few other things, and still nothing... ended up 2nd day fed exing a new phone.. i swapped out my sim and sd, all working now.. new phone took update with no problem...
