Whose bright idea was it to change the support forums format and / or style? I liked the old style better. I used to have it bookmarked to go to the forums, now the bookmark is inaccurate.
It also seems harder to find what I'm looking for.
The switch to the Jive platform occurred just before New Year's and the decision was made by the Verizon Wireless community manager.
