Text messaging

Good morning,

I bought the Thunderbolt yesterday and have been told that when I text someone that a random 16 digit number comes up instead of my phone number and when the text is replied to...I do not receive them.

Can you please help?

Try this suggestion.

Take the battery out for 30 seconds and the put it back in. Once you restart the phone, send a text and it should come from your number.
