Why can I not watch MP4 videos on web sites? All I get is a frozen hourglass.

I have the ThunderBolt and I just tested watching MP4 videos on different websites without a problem. I can relate to frustration of not being able to watch videos on your phone. Please keep in mind that this is a peer to peer forum and the community will be better able to assist you if you provide more details about the issue. Please reply with answers to the following questions for further assistance:
1- Were you able to play MP4 videos before?
2- When did you start having problems playing MP4 videos?
3- Are you able to play streaming videos from any website (Youtube and others)?
4- What software version is installed in your ThunderBolt?
5- What troubleshooting steps have you attempted to resolve the issue?
Please try Clearing the Cache, Histoy and Cookies on your phone as this has resolve similar issues for other customers. Once you reply with answers to the questions listed above, our community will be able to provide other troubleshooting options.

Are you sure the file is mp4 not Flash because usually rge mp4 files dont stream to the device they usually have to donwload to play file, flash has been the only files that streamed directly.
Check and make sure you have the most recent version of Flash installed..
