So I was so excited to get my Thunderbolt last week! I was coming from a iphone4 and wanted a change. I plugged in my Thunderbolt to my MACBook and my computer told me that it was not compatible. HELP! What do I need (support) so that I can upload my previous music/photos/videos from my iphone to my Thunderbolt. I've already exported all the files out of itunes into a folder so that the transition from my MAC to the Thunderbolt be easier... except its not! Any help will be very appreciated!

Download an application called "Songbird" both for your Mac and for your Thunderbolt. It imports all of your non-protected iTunes automatically, and has a sync function just as easy as iTunes.
I have a Thunderbolt and was struggling with the same thing, but Songbird makes it very easy to move your songs to your phone.
I also tried DoubleTwist, but didn't find it nearly as easy as Songbird.
Good luck!
