Thunderbolt dropping data connection

Ok I can't be the only one experiencing this. I cannot keep a connection active for more than a minute or two. Some people have told me it's that here in Minneapolis it's just bad. Not sure what to believe but I basically have no data connection. Anyone else experiencing this? It's been happening for the last 4 weeks.

I experienced the same problem this afternoon. I noticed it after landing at O'Hare airport and turning the phone on. The 4G connection would last about 30 seconds and turn off for 30 seconds. However, rebooting the phone seemed to take care of the problem.

It sometimes helps to search the community before posting your question to see if there is an existing discussion already in progress.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
