I just upgraded to a Thunderbolt, and have not been able to use the old feature I have when using an international calling card. Previous phone (not android) allowed to enter the 800 calling card number, then a pause, then dial the international number. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this on the Thunderbolt? Help or I am going to have to go back to the old phone!

If you add the 800 calling card number as a contact you can do this. Just label the contact as "Calling Card" and when you put in the number on the side of the virtual keypad you should see a P and a W. The P will give you a 2 second pause and the W will wait for an input from you.
