Hi, the VZ Support & Protection stopped working on my HTC One M7. When I open the app, agree to the terms and conditions and tap the Continue button, I see the error message "Internal error accessing data. Please try again later.". I see the same error message after tapping the Try Again button. How do I fix this?
I know how important this app is to you, I use it all the time on my phone. How long has it been acting this way? Have there been any recent app or software updates on your phone?
