Vcast Video on Demand

I signed up of VOD and loaded app on thunderbolt but unable to connect, can anyone help?

[Tidbits]

None of the Vcast stuff is not available for the Thunderbolt at this time.  I am guess they are going to "include" the updates for it when the MR is released or the "update" to 2.3 with it included.
