Verizon: Do you care about about what we want?

The Thunderbolt is an awesome phone, but you put crapware on it and don't give us a choice on what we want. We own the phone. Not you. There should be no reason to root the phone to remove trial software. You should give owners the ability to delete the programs they don't want OR offer a firmware that is bare and has just the basic OS. Don't just listen to this, take action on this

I agree with you to a point..its funny that there was so munch junk in this phone that it shipped without nfl mobile, skype and other such things.. But to another point not many carriers offer what you are saying. the 32gig sd card is enough for me, for now

The 32GB card would be enough it you could move the crap to it but you can't do that anymore than you can delete the crap. I hope Verizon made a boatload of money from the app publishers because they certainly created an s-load of bad feelings from me as someone who switched from Sprint to Verizon for the Thunderbolt.

every smart phone has the junk. it's just how it is. they get paid to throw it on there. it helps subsidize these $600-700 "phones." i don't like it, but it's really no big deal. if it bothered me that much, i'd just ruut the thing.
