Have had phone for 1 week, had visual voice mail on it now it's gone, checked the user manual and tried the reinstall to no avail.  Any suggestions?

Which visual voice mail are you using? The "Voice Mail" app that comes with the phone, or the Verizon "Visual Voice Mail" app from Market?

 

I tried the Verizon app and it says to use the Visual voice mail app that comes with the phone.

 

Probably of no help to you, just curious if this has anything to do with anything?
