***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Week-Old Replacement, Factory Reset No Longer Working, Apps Wont Run and Phone Constantly Rebooting?

First Noticed Play Store Issues, Would Not Open. Did Factory Reset, Phone Was Updated and Running Normal. After Downloading Update For One of My Game Apps(Been Playing For Months), Phone Rebooted, All Apps Stopped Working, No Connectivity Whatsoever. Now Can No Longer Reset. Tried Soft Rebooting with and without SIM. Tried Hard Reset. Nothing Working!

I'm sorry to hear that Chiney_ Pelon. Was the replacement damaged? Are you able to power it off? If so, please power off then remove and reinsert the Sim card and retest.
