i recieve multiples of recieved texts. this seems to be happening more frequently, took it to the store they did a reset and upgraded software and it still happens... any ideas?

Since you have already done basic troubleshooting, and still experiencing same issue, I would like to try resetting some things on the account to ensure we can stop the duplicate texts from coming to your device.
