May photos be transferred from the phone to your computer without using email and just plugging the phone into the computer?

If you are asking can photos be transferred from your phone to a computer via the USB cable, the answer is yes.  Go to Settings and choose Connect to PC, Click on Default connection type and choose Disc drive.  Once the phone is connected to your computer look for the folder called "dcim", open it and you may see another folder in it.  Open this folder and you will find all your photos.  I hope this helps.
