I have had verizon for about 9-10 months now, but I just recently got the thunderbolt. I live near a verizon tower so I usually have great service!! Tonight my phone has either got a mind of its own or just hates me because it keeps randomly just dropping my calls and if I go to text someone  it loses service...I am not sure if anyone else is having any problems with their service???...

Breezy,

I have had that complaint for almost a year now. They gave me a network extender, but I still drop calls. I just tell people to call me back on my Windstream landline. The verizon 4g map is bogus as far as I am concerned. I never get 4g at my house, and mostly I get 1x. Thank goodness I have wifi for my data. What a waist of money this Verizon Thunderbolt is!
