i ruined my first tb by getting it wet. now i have to send the bad one back or i get fine 500 dollars. if i send it back do i need to send back the battery and sd card. i dont want to because it gives me extra battery life and more storage.
have you recieved your replaement? was it warranty or insurance?

If they sent u phone, battery and sd card, then yes, u have to send them ur ruined phone, battery and the memory card. If they sent u only the phone, u keep the battery and sd card.
the insurance sent it and it came with everything
i also paid the deductable

Where in the world did you find a 16gb SD card for $20?
The ones in stores like BestBuy in my area are about 3 times that much. I'd really like to get a 16gb one, sadly my Droid X came with the 8gb

out here at Fry's electronics they run a sale on them every week. usually 16gb for about $20. once in a while they do 32gb for $30. but online will always be cheaper. just put it in when you get it and check the actual memory as sellers on ebay and amazon are know to sell a "16gb" and ship an 8gb. much like the cheap batteries you find on ebay.
