My sim card I am currently using has a hole in the gold contact area. My first sim did not. I have intermittent connectivity issues. Do all Thunderbolt sims have this hole on them? Just wondering if it is defective. I received it from a corporate store in Jackson, TN.
No, there shouldn't be a hole in that area of the SIM card. I would suggest getting a new SIM card from a corporate store or you can call into customer service and request one be mailed to you.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
From what i have been able to look up this is normal. I dont think the store would give me a bogus card. Just cant figure out these wonky connection issues.
