zooming, pinching

I am no longer able to zoom in on a web page, or pinch it closed to scroll through past pages. I have a Thunderbolt. This just started happening recently.

Hi Chrisandconleysmom!

Oh no! I know having a properly working phone is important, especially features that you use daily. Let's get this fixed. What happens when you try to pinch and zoom on the device? Is this only occuring while you are in any other application or just the browser? Are you using the default browser that originally came on the device? Any recent changes to the device before this started happening like a software update or new application download? Keep me posted.

since the update that everyone hates.  using browser is only time i notice it. a new page wont open from the page i am currently on.  if i click on a link, nothing happens.

Hey there chrisandconleysmom.  I am sorry about the issues you are having not able to zoom in on the browser using your Thunderbolt.  I know that is an feature I use frequently only because it makes things easier to read.

Have you tried doing a soft reset,http://vz.to/sS2Y0a?  If that doesn't work, please put the device in safe mode and see if it works there,http://vz.to/qT7Rt5?

Please test the zooming function and keep us updated with results.
