4G LLTE network extender connected but phone can't make calls now

I have a 4G LTE network extender and it will connect. That being said, once it is connected my phone shows full bars but won't receive or make calls. I have called 611 multiple times and NO ONE knows what to do. I am wondering if anyone knows of a specific tech number I can call regarding the extender. Thank you.

Did the extender ever work for you? Which version of the 4G LTE Extender do you have, as the older model is being retired? What is your broadband internet service that it is connected to? What make/model phone to you have?

Still watching for answers to questions previously posted but to answer your question about calling for extender support here goes. When calling 800-922-0204 you have to ask for technical support and/or specify 'network extender support' and maybe you'll get someone knowledgeable with extenders. Also, I've been referred to and gotten extender support at 888-262-1999, the Network Accessibility Cust Svc Ctr, but you have to get thru the IVR auto attendant to get to technical support for extenders. Advanced Technical Support number is 866-271-7585 but not sure they'll field calls from customers. Good luck.
