I have an ethernet connection from ONT to my server/router and then from my private network a connection to WAN on the Actiontec mi424wr router supplied. I need to know the ports and protocol (TCP?) caller id is using so I can pass messages through my router and forward the ports the the LAN on the Actiontec. All other services are working except Caller ID which I believe is the only service requiring an incoming connection. I'm not asking for a fix to my problem but I am asking for technical details so I can fix my own problem. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
