Looks like the home we are in the process of purchasing doesn't have the most options when it comes to the coax cable outlets - I only saw one in the entire house and its in the dining room (ugg . . why whould that be the one room you put in a cable outlet ). I definitely want to have at least one new outlet put in the room where I plan to have my TV located, but I am worried that if I hire Verizon to do this, they are just going to come in start drilling holes all over the place and then run it along the edge of a room, either the floor or the ceiling, making the coax cable completely visible. I'm guessing the better route is going to be to hire an electrician to install the coax outlets where I want them and snake the cable through the walls as needed, but thought I would see if anyone else has experience with this process and/or any recommendations. If anyone is in Northern Virginia (Springfield area) and has recommendations about someone good to hire to do this, I would love to hear from you. Thanks.
