Alerts on device

Hello everyone,

I have a question that seems Verizon can’t answer. So hopefully someone here can help. On my Jetpack device when I’m in the messages section it states that there is an alert that needs attention. Found out that the alert is that my messages are full, but when I check my messages they are empty. Is there another place to check messages or is my device faulty? The Wifi is really good and the alert isn’t affecting performance but I’m not getting any messages.
