I’ve lived here for 3 years. It’s never worked well around my neighborhood, or the community my parents live in just 3 mins down the road. No real excuse for bad signal here in the flats of north TX… and yet, that’s what we have.
We have 6 total devices between the 2 families, and we are going to leave for a provider who will decide cover the 5K people in our area.

We're sorry to hear about the consistent bad service in your neighborhood. We always want to provide you with the best service possible. What troubleshooting ahve you tried so far? Does this only happen to you or anyone in your area who has a Verizon device?

Happens on all 6 of my devices and both of my parents’ devices and I have several neighbors on Verizon who struggle with it. Also any visitors complain about it.

Time to port if someone else works better in your area. Dead zones can occur anywhere and there are several possible causes.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thanks for those details. What's going on as far as service in your home area? How are voice, text, and data affected? How far away from this location do you have to travel before service improves?
