Disable mobile hotspot for one of my lines

Is it possible to have mobile hotspot disabled for one of the lines on my account without changing its plan? Can I do this on my own or do I need to call in if its possible

You can disable the hotspot feature on your phone.

I want to remove that option from the user so just disabling it on the phone would allow then to reenable it

I see.  In that case, I don't see a way to prevent hotspotting the phone unless you change the service plan to something which doesn't have hotspot.  If you are currently under contract, you have to stick with the current service plan, unless you're willing to break the contract.
