My 55 plus plan includes hot spot. The Verizon hot spot on my iPhone has not worked for months!!

My Mac devices is not finding the hot spot on my iphone7 plus.
The hot spot was working fine before Verizon altered my plan without my consent.
Verizon raised my 55 plus plan to a plan that was more expensive.
I spent 3 hours at my favorite Verizon store. The hot spot worked well at the store. When I tried it at my coffee shop it would not work.
My Mac Pro is not finding the hot spot. Neither are any of my other Mac devices.
