Hotspot data going inexplicably fast

I have 25 gb of 5g hotspot on my phone every month. I use the hotspot for my home computer. For the past two months, all of my 25gb are used in a few days, and I am barely using my home computer, no streaming. And there have been no software downloads on the home computer to perhaps explain this. It shows the home computer is the only connected device. What is going on?
