Don’t know how to start this post, due to the lack of help from Verizon Reps. I spent 5:30 hour on the phone without a resolution to my problem. I even spent 1:30 on a Verizon store both with a phone rep and a sales person, who has no knowledge of anything it seems.
It all started with my jet pack not connecting to the internet. I went into a store and had the sims card replaced, after the replacement i notice I could not make a call, it would not go through. I had to disconnect from my jet pack resolving the issue. I called and was on the phone for close to 4 hours, the outcome was a new jet pack would be sent out. I received the jet Pack and it would not connect to the internet. Had to go back to the old Jet Pack.
To at least have WiFi. I started to receive emails to return the old jet pack. Which still doesn’t work. Fast forward to yesterday to try and resolve my issue, I spent my whole day on the phone with various reps all claiming to know be experts. To finally telling me I needed a new sims card they could send me a new one or I could go to a nearby store and have one put in. I chose nearby store the sales rep changed the sims and she could not get the Jet pack to work. But could not replace it. So she had me call a phone rep to have them replace it. After several calls and a couple of hand up on Verizon’s end I was so frustrated had to buy a new jet pack because no one seems to know what to do. I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years and after close to a total of 10 hours with no resolution. Now I need to figure out what to do with the jet pack spend another hours to figure out what they want to do. Any advice? Sorry to long
