Jetpack issues

Hello everyone, we have a jetpack and it's been working for the past couple months. A few hours ago, it disconnected from all of our devices except my laptop. I've restarted the jetpack twice and it will still only connect to my laptop. I checked and it doesn't have any devices blocked, our service is still being paid for and I am not sure how to fix this.
