Orbic RC400L support in Korea

Question

Hello,

I am trying to use Orbic RC400L in South Korea with Korean SIM cards (SKT and LGU), but it fails.

Specifically, the screen says "Retrieving data usage info" but does not proceed more.

Can you let me know the reason or work-around for this problem?

This hotspot is a Verizon device and will only work on Verizon.  I don't believe the device unlocking policy applies to Verizon mobile hotspots because they were specifically made to run on Verizon's network.
