Orbic hotspot has slash through 5G

Our orbic 5G hotspot worked fine for a while, although on occasions I'd  have to reboot it.  It now (last at least 2 weeks) has a slash through the 5G and won't connect to the internet even though I have 5 bars.   I've restarted it several times even taking the battery out for several minutes, it still has the slash.  It connects to the PC just fine.  Help!  I've seen other posts and you seem to need zip code ours is 49404.  I'm also interested in the whole house internet you've been advertising on TV.  Any chance it would work better/at all.
