Orbic jetpack has a slash through the 5G

I recently upgraded my Verizon Mifi to the Orbic 5G jetpack.  I'm so disappointed with this decision.  It worked great the first month, now I can never get it to work.  I can connect devices to it, but it says no internet.  The main issue I am having is there is a slash through the 5G in the top left corner; however, it will show I have three or four bars.

Please help!  I am unable to use this device most of the time and paying for it monthly.  I've missed my return window so I'm stuck with it and it's so upsetting. 

FYI, I also have the Inseego jetpack and it works great!

Hello, Upset25. My apologies to hear of your experience as this is very upsetting to hear you cannot use your Jetpack. Help is here. What is your zip code? Do you know which plan you currenlty have?

Thanks for letting me know your zip. As I reviewed the area, didn't find any alerts for that zip at the moment. Coverage shows a mix of 5G and LTE depending on the location. So, we'll want to troubleshoot more closely with you. I'm sending a Private Message so we can do that.
