I took my wife to a Verizon store to add her to my plan. They lady assured me the plan was the same even the hotspot. I mentioned the hotspot be very important. It turns out our plan does not have hotspot. I am very disappointed as this was promised and not delivered. We attempted to added but was told thus plan cannot have hotspot. This is frustrating because she assured me it was the same
