In this case "soon" means this week. Probably Tuesday/Wednesday.
If you look in some of the other threads, A delay is being reported.
What DAC or VHO are you in? The NY area is delayed and thus the reason for the disappearing message. One would think they would communicate, but they are a communication comany, guess they don't like to communicate.

A nearly 4 year old thread, and nothing to do with coming soon to your location.
On that question it probably isn't coming to your location unless you are in one of those few areas, e.g. some areas of NYC, where Verizon is still finishing up their installs.
p.s. you're talking to peers and NOT Verizon on most of these forums.
