One Fios Account Per Service Address
One service address can only have one active account at any time. If you are in a multi-dwelling unit and need more than one service drop, you need to open a FAST ticket to create appended service addresses, such as "<Main address> BACK UNIT." Please observe all local building codes. The ability to create appended service addresses are subject to nearby fiber plant availability.
A Name Change on Fios Account
A name change re-couples the service address to another Verizon account. For legal transfer of service address, it is not sufficient to change the name, email, and billing information of the Verizon account. In the event of client default, Verizon Legal will go after whoever opened the account in the first place.
