Mobile Reward Card Offers (rebates)

This  KBA provides an overview of Mobile reward card offers and how to access them. 

What is a reward card offer?
You may qualify for a reward card offer as part of some mobile and home internet promotions. You can redeem and get reward cards through My Verizon or the Verizon Rewards Center.

Some reward card offers include:

  • Verizon Gift Cards
  • Prepaid Mastercards®
  • Third party gift cards

You can also confirm offers that you are eligible  for online when you make certain purchases or in a Verizon store on your order confirmation screen. You become qualified when you complete certain actions during promotional periods (e.g., buying a new device, adding a line, etc.).

After you accept an reward card offer, you can submit for redemption through either:

After you submit for redemption, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You should receive your reward card in 8-10 weeks. Learn how to track your redemption status.

Redemption must be submitted within 60 days of the date of the qualifying purchase. If you ordered your device, allow for the device to ship before submitting for redemption. Verify the deadline for your specific offer on your receipt. Receipts can be found in the Documents and Receipts page in My Verizon.

If you haven't received an email to redeem or an alert in My Verizon for one of these reasons:

  • Your new device has not shipped yet and your mobile device number isn't active.
  • Your 60-day period to submit the offer passed.
  • You already redeemed the offer.
  • You canceled or changed your eligible plan to an ineligible plan.
  • You returned your device.

Most reward cards are processed within 8 weeks from the purchase date. However, processing times vary by offer. Refer to the specific terms and conditions applicable to your offer for more information.
