So I have not been able to make a phone call or receive one since yesterday evening. If anyone calls me, it goes straight to voicemail. I can text, access email, access internet, etc. Everything minus phone calls. I've contacted Verizon and they say there is an issue with the main tower in my area. Funny...no one else in my area (well...at least my contacts), are having this issue. Have turned off my phone...turned off apps..restarted my phone. A bit frustrating when 90% of my job is communication via phone call. Texting clients is a bit unprofessional...and I can only send so many emails or text messages in one day.
Anyone else in the Cincinnati area experiencing this issue?
I am having the same issue but I can't make/receive calls and text. I live in the columbus area
