I cannot receive or send MMS messages.
Not sure if this happened before or after the update since I just got the phone a week ago
and only a few days before KitKat.
Is there a fix other than FDR?

We certainly understand the importance of being able to use mms, especially while on the go. I'm confident that we can get your mms working. May I ask are you able to use text without any issues? Also, is data working properly on your device? Can I assume that you already cleared the data on the messaging app & rebooted? If so then the factory reset is the next step. As always, we suggest backing up your info before doing so. Here's a link on how to perform the reset.

Hi,
Called in this morning. Was connected to LG after speaking to a Verizon
rep. Only option that worked was a FDR.

I did an FDR and it still did not fix the MMS issue! UGGH!!!
