When I rotate the screen to type on the "wide" screen, the charactes do not appear, but if I rotate back to vertical, they appear. How can I get them to show up on both screens?

Hello! You should be able to view the keyboard in both screens! Does this happen in the text messaging app? Is it the entire keyboard that you can't see? Have you tried pulling the battery while the phone is powered on? Do you have any third party apps?
