Do anyone know how to reset the security answer to the phone, so it can be unlock.

As in the PIN # or the pattern? X number tries and Google will erase the phone. I do believe there is an option to log in to your Google account from the same screen such as "Forgot Password." I know I have set a PIN before as well as a pattern and missed a few times and was given the option to have log into my account and reset the password. If not, I think it's 10 failed attempts and the phone is wiped.
