Just as you read it - this phone has been nothing but problems for me recently. I loved this phone for the first year but now I have been having problems. I am on the 3rd refurbished G2 they have sent me. The first two had the screen problem (bar across top area of screen was unresponsive, glitchy) and now my phone is extremely lagging behind, sometimes having to press main buttons 4 or 5 times before my touch even registers. It uninstalled facebook today, though the shortcut was still on the screen. I tapped it, but a small error message pops up saying"app not installed" or something like that.
I go and try to get on live chat, and get kicked off twice. Then, even though their hours say until midnight, the chat closes about 8:47pm. I try to call and I am on hold for over a half hour. THis is ridiculous. More and more I am leaning to at&t. They will probably solve my problems.
Anybody else having these problems or know how to solve them?
I don't have these issues. FDR with no app restoration always works for me when experiencing your issues.
