So I got the pop up message of the software update last night. I pressed OK and waited for the download. After a few minutes I noticed it constantly rebooting. Now it doens't work... I tried factory resetting and everything but still no luck.
Never going to get a LG phone...
This is already my second replacement, and every time this happens, it's such a hassle...
So if anybody has this issue, you're going to have to get a replacement... don't go around looking for other solutions.
Just trying to save you time.
Hello Tigerck!
I can imagine how aggravating this would have been for you! I am happy to assist.
This was an issue lifted up to our Product Support Team, and we have been advised a small number of customers were experiencing this rebooting issue after the last update. They are working on a permanent fix, but in the meantime please reply to my direct message so I can further assist.
