I can't access the web to get on my verizon mobile and app just keeps clocking, the wifes cell works just fine, now what??

I understand the importance of being able to access your account online deuse! Allow us to further assist! What make and model phone are you using? Are you getting any certain error messages when tapping on the application? Have you tried to remove and reinstall the application?

Nevermind, I took my important stuff off the phone and did a factory reset, thanks....
