KnockOn is not working. I am having the same exact problems as other people have reported. I opened notebook and drew the vertical lines and have a blank box that appears at the top of the screen. Please help!! this started happening out of no where. I really love this phone and the KnockOn is one of my favorite features.
I have also tried all of the other suggestions from Verizon to resolve the issue on my own.
