I did notice some changes from the change log that did install correctly, though I do not see VoLTE as an option under Tethering and Networks in Settings. VuTalk Uninstall is still present. I uninstalled that though. Also, Weather app is missing, but is still in the widget. This is prep only and not the actual update that will allow usage. All the minor version updates must be small tweaks. This is nothing major mind you. This is part 1 of 2 where LG sent this update and VZW will send the next. But this also came from a rep that said to me just now that, "All software updates come from the manufacturer" after saying that LG pushed this update. We all know VZW pushes what's pushed to them from LG. She also stated that VoLTE is rolling out in groups. So, at this point nothing to get excited about. The service is rolling out and I guess a second update will come to finish the process of allowing us to access the ability on our phones. I was told Sept 19th where I am. BUT, you know how these things go.
