You may want to power cycle the device, then check the email limitation settings (steps below),and email account settings (steps below). I also recommend removing the email account and re-adding it back to your phone.
Email limitation settings below:
- From the Home screen, select Apps (lower-right corner).
- Select Email (under Communications). If already in the desired account, skip to step 6.
- Select the menu icon (lower-left corner).
- Select Accounts.
- Select the account.
- Select the menu icon.
- Select Account Settings.
- Select Number of mails to sync.
- Select the option.
- 50 mails
- 75 mails
- 100 mails
- 200 mails
Email acct settings below:
Server addresses, security information and additional support can be obtained from the email provider.- From the Home screen, select Apps (lower-right corner).
- Select Email (under Communications). If already in the desired account, skip to step 6.
- Select the menu icon (lower-left corner).
- Select Accounts.
- Select the account.
- Select the menu icon.
- Select Accounts Settings.
- Adjust the settings.
- Verify or edit the account title and account name.
- Select Number of emails to sync then select the desired option.
- Select Change login settings, verify or edit the information then select Save.
