I have a Verizon tower just down the road from me. My phone is very slow and at times it will lose connection it says. what do i need to do to fix it?

I want you to fully enjoy your wireless service. I'd like to help but do need additional information. What zip code are you in? Are you having an issue with calls or data? You mentioned the phone is very slow. Please elaborate on this and provide me with additional details of the issues you're experiencing so I can better assist.

I ended up calling in lastnight. They are sending me a new/used phone. Should have it tomorrow. Thanks for replying
