I've been trying for 2 weeks to access the internet with little help. I've powered down the phone, took the battery out, checked the card to make sure it wasn't loose. Nothing makes a difference. I've gotten very few updates, so it does work occasionally just not completely. I can call and text and play with the apps already loaded but that's all. And I too have had trouble with the weather widget. I can't get to the store to update or download any repairs.
Any ideas?
