Not receiving texts

I previously had an iPhone and just got my G2 a few days ago. Everyone is receiving my texts but when people with iPhones are texting me I am not getting their texts. A few have shut off their iMessage in settings and now it seems to work. Is there an easier way then everyone having to do this?

That would be pretty difficult to have everyone you text turn off thier iMessages in order to be able to text you. Please try turning off both phone, (iPhone and G2), and then turn on G2, leaving iPhone off. Let's see if this helps.
